HR Officer
(Grade: OG-I)

Location: Multan
Assist Regional Head People & Business Partner to
enhance HR-Business Partnership / Relationship.
Assist regional head P&BP in the improvement of HR
service level by coordinating with all groups field offices
for effective and transparent vertical & horizontal
communication and share true feedback with Regional
Head P&BP on related matters.
Coordinate and support all groups of respective
jurisdiction in meeting their HR requirements and
provision of HR services as delegated by supervisor.
Facilitate effective execution of OD, Employee
Engagement and Wellbeing Initiatives.
Support Regional Head P&BP in completion of
performance appraisal cycle, PIP cycle, promotion,
succession planning, etc.
Coordinate with HR partners for scheduling interviews,
onboarding documentations, and other hiring related
process for respective jurisdiction.
Conduct Exit Interviews and quarterly develop analysis
and share with respective stakeholders.
Maintain HRMIS of all related assignment / projects.
Ensuring no negligence or error.
Periodic visits to field offices (including Branches), and
share findings with regional heads P&BP.
Provide support for any other HR related assigned
projects may be assigned from time to time by Regional
Head P&BP and Group Head P&EO.
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s
Degree from HEC recognized University/
Foreign University. Preference shall be
given to Master Degree holders.
Age: Up to 55 Years as of July 12, 2025.
Experience: Minimum 03 Years of
Banking/Non-Banking and 02 years’
relevant experience.
